Grey squirrels are causing massive damage in the Forest of Dean. In 30 acres of ancient woodland they were attacking young sweet chestnuts and walnuts. If we sprayed these at the time of year when Squirrel damage occurs and on the right age trees - we kept the damage well below the expected level. However, the effect seems not to be long lasting - if we missed some sprays the damage became evident again. It is like this is almost right but needs something a little different - different potency? (1)
No visible damage since we sprayed last year [2011] when Venus was in scorpio (623)
