General description
Developed by Hugh Courtney in 1988 at the Josephine Porter Institute in Woolwine in Virginia to try and induce moisture and rain. Day 1 - Evening: Stir Barrel prep for 20 minutes and spray. Day 2 - Morning (sunrise if possible): Stir fermented #508 (see here - page 83 of Agriculture of Tomorrow) for 20 minutes and spray. Day 2 - Evening: stir #500 for one hour and spray. Day 3 - morning (sunrise if possible): stir #501 for an hour and spray.

Hugh Lovel in his workshops said the BD Spray Sequence, at least for atmospheric reorganization to promote rain, doesn't work so well when Mars has gone retrograde. (1/2/2012) (58)
