Mile-a-Minute (Persicaria perfoliata) (1101)

A rose was standing off to one side, neglected and often forgotten when watering. It looked weak and withered. At the beginning of July it was watered with Ignatia 30 C, repeated 4 weeks later. The rose is now looking great, with 7-8 flowers, and it seems really healthy with strong new growth. (496)

I have been experimenting with allelopathic ways to address Mile-a-Minute (Persicaria perfoliata). This invasive vine is a big problem in the US. I have been experimenting with the methods outlined in Kaviraj's book to tackle some patches of this vine in a closeby area. I've had success in stopping the vine from going to seed using Ignatia amara 30c. I used the method outlined in the book - spraying the patches twice on two consequent days. (1101)

I would like to share one of my experience here with plants ,My uncle had a huge farm house and was known for his love for plants , animals and birds in that area , it was his his daily routine to love and touch his Arica palm plants daily in morning after waking up . After his sudden death ,although every body was taking good care of his plants and farm , but gradually all of the Palm plants which were getting special attention from him started shedding leaves getting dried and black , Agro scientists applied too many medicines but failed , every body thought as if they were missing uncle .I thought of giving Ignatia . after giving them ignatia they started gaining life and after 2 months of treatment & love and care of my brother they all survived .
