A dairy farm in the southern Orsono region applied Etherics 7 once, over fodder turnips, shortly after sowing. While there was some rain throughout the season, they still considered they had a drought season. Without any irrigation the difference in the two blocks was significant. See photo. Not only were the bulb size, and tops noticeably larger, but the Incidence of pest attack was also far less. (46)

Similar results [30% less water and 20% yield increase] were achieved with one application sprayed over fodder turnips, during a drought season. Double the size tubers, 30% more tops and marked reduction of pests (46)

Norman Bell has told us that he is very happy with the progress he has from the E7 used in his slurry store which has a mix of both pig and cow muck going into it. He is now harvesting the grass and making silage from it. He says it is a dense crop and is better than the field next door, which is not his, but he knows had fertiliser on as well as slurry whereas the E7 field had no fertiliser just treated slurry. Both fields have been harvested by the same contractor. He also said that he uses a haybob rowing in machine he usually puts five rows into one before the forage harvester goes along. Talking to the P*** today and checking up on a few things. They said the E.7 worked well and the grass grew well and felt and looked moist even when the day was hot and dry. They are now following this with 10 liters / ha. of seawater and photomax. Comment the cows are loving it and milking well. It will be good to see how it has gone by late May. (46)

A Chilean Dairy company reported - Reduced smell and crusting, greater palatability and even grazing of the paddock. Their executive board has now approved funding for more formal trials of this and our nitrate controls. (46)

We have shown a 30% reduction in water usage with a 20% increase in yield size and a massive reduction in pest infestation, in lettuce growing trials. This was achieved with 3 x 3 weekly additions ... to the trickle irrigation. (46)

Etherics 7: We have only recently started using Etherics 7 as a biological starter in our effluent pond as we have been trialing another product for about a year . We have seen a reduction in the amount of crust on top of the effluent pond compared to previously, since changing to using Etherics 7. (46)

Two local liquid fertiliser makers have confirmed what we found in the UK in dairy effluent ponds. Etherics 7 reduced the solids left over at the end of their process, by around 80%. This suggests better digestion and suspension of the source material, is being achieved. The UK trials also showed increased pasture growth when the effluent was spread. (4)

The wife put the Etherics 7 into the effluent in early December, without telling her husband. A few days later he thought something was strange, when he saw the crust disappearing at a time it usually gets larger. Upon mentioning the 'strange occurrences' he was told of the inclusion of Etherics 7. (46)

Since using E7 we have noticed a reduction of crusting on the slurry lagoon of at least 50%. We have also been aware of less odour both from the lagoon and as we spread the slurry onto the ground.
