A short meeting to sign the memorandum. at the Ladies Army and Navy Club, St James Place, London W1

Present: Mr Ferguson, Mr G Bacchus, Miss Cross and Lady Mackinnon who signed in the presence of Hon Lord Northbourne as witness. The memorandum was sent to Mr Saunders Davies for signature. Mr Collision brought Lord Northbourne on to the AGM.
