Chair: David Clement, Treasurer: Ron Savage, Max Jackson: Acting secretary. Minutes of EGM and last AGM both accepted. Welcome New treasurer and new acting secretary. Brome farm appeal – report.

Treasurer: George Corrin received a cheque in appreciation. New tax laws of 1980 meant new rules to obey and old system not fit. No need for audited accounts of association. Charity Commission just needs a pro-forma filled out with opening and closing balances signed by the chair. Recommendation that accounts be compiled professionally. 3 separate accounts: The Reserve Fund, The Association and Demeter.
