Apologies: Mr Gardiner sent his apology and appointed Miss Thornton as his proxy.

• Arising: Mr Dear had forwarded a cheque for Dr Pfeiffer to Dr Lehrs. Mr Raab had written to MR Gardiner whole letter was read.
• Mr Jeffries suggestion for remaining BDA funds “The the balance be entrusted to the Council of the join organisation for i – the News Sheet to all members of the joint organisation as long as under the editorship of Miss Cross  and ii – any residue to go to joint organisation’s council to use at their discretion. A formal clause was drafted to that end.
