ABSTRACT: The aim of this work was evaluate the influence of Sulphur ultra dilute on germination and initial growth of sorghum seedlings (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench – cv TX623B). Sulphur sequential dynamizations (2SD to 30SD) on super dilution scale (Super Diluition – SD) besides water control were added to Petri dishes previously prepared with 20 sorghum seeds each one. The experiment was conducted in a germination chamber for 7 days at a temperature of 25°C and a 16h photoperiod. The experimental design was completely randomized. Data were subjected to variance analysis and the means compared by Scott-Knott test at 5% probability. The variables analyzed were: germination percent (PG), shoot length (CPA), root system length (CSR), fresh mass (MF) and dry matter (MS) of sorghum seedlings. Homeopathic treatments affected sorghum germination and growth, sometimes inhibiting or stimulating the variables studied depending on dynamization assessed.
