ABSTRACT: Looking for new alternative methods for the control of Meloidogyne incognita, the aim this work was to verify the influence of homeopathic drug Thuya occidentalis, at dynamizations of 12, 24, 50, 100, 200 and 400CH, on eggs hatching of root-knot nematode M. incognita. Ethanol 30% was used as control treatment. The testin vitro was realized in plastic flasks, in which were added 1 mL of nematode suspension, with approximately 250 eggs, and 7 mL of treatments solution. The evaluation was realized after 15 days. Thuya had no effect on eggs hatching, although was observed that the treatment of 200CH caused a possible reduction in eggs hatching (19%) compared with the control treatment.
