In the UK there is a programme called the Food Programme on the main talk channel - 'BBC Radio 4'. The programme is biased towards local and fresh and slow and small and organic.
I haveuploaded a mp3 of the last 6 minutes which announces the main winner - Loch Arthur - a Camphill in SW Scotland. About 6 minutes in there is a little bit about a man around whom the dairy started. This is my wonderful brother in law Jorg (who died recently after much butter churning).
It is great news for Loch Arthur at a time of massive cuts and crisis in the Camphill family.
