Stewart and Natalie have been farming holistically for more than ten years and has been practicing biodynamics for most of that. Stewart has studied for years under the tutelage of Hugh Courtney, the founder of the Josephine Porter Institute and Earth Legacy Agriculture. Stewart has delivered lectures and workshops at farm conferences across the country and consults directly with farmers across the continent. His unique research into soil science and soil alchemy offers unique insight into the seminal text of the biodynamic movement.
