PROPOLIS HOMEOPATHIC SOLUTIONS FOR SOYBEAN

CA Viecelli; NP Henkemeier; JC Carvalho

ABSTRACT: The objective of this study was to test the propolis homeopathic solutions to control powdery mildew (Erysiphe diffusa) in soybean. Soybean plants were grown in plastic pots with a capacity of 10 L. The treatments consisted of two homeopathic potencies of propolis (6 and 12 CH) and 3 numbers of applications, in addition to plants that received distilled water (control), with 5 repetitions each. The severity assessment occurred 28 days after the first application, with the aid of software AFSoft 1.0. Data were analyzed by ANOVA with the aid of the statistical SISVAR. The results indicate no significant difference in severity of powdery mildew in soybeans between treatments. Thus, it is concluded that the propolis homeopathic solutions has no efficient control of powdery mildew on soybeans.
