ABSTRACT: Agriculture seeks alternatives aimed at sustainability, and promoting these research efforts. Homeopathy, science consists of techniques that meet these requirements, because it uses diluted substances environmental impact irrelevant. Trichoderma sp. is found in soil and presents an important ecological function participates in the decomposition of waste, and an important biocontrol agent for plant pathogens. The objective of this study was to stimulate mycelial growth of Trichoderma sp. by homeopathic drugs of Sulphur at 6, 12, 24, and 48 CH. The experimental design was completely randomized with four replicates, and the means were compared by Tukey (p 0.05 ˂). We used a strain of Trichoderma sp. obtained from forest soil in western Paraná. The drug was purchased in Sulphur CAPA, in dynamization at 6, 12, 24 and 48 CH, was used as control hydroalcoholic solution 30% and distilled water. Treatments were added to PDA medium at the concentration of 0.1%, and added into plates. Was transferred discs with mycelium (diameter 4mm) of each isolated Trichoderma sp. to the center of the petry dish and kept at 25 °C for BOD 12 hours. Assessment of growth of colonies was accessed at 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours, and found that within 24 hours there was no increase in mycelial growth, but at 6 CH was 26.75% suppression of growth. After 48 hours, the dynamizations at 24 and 48 CH were statistically different from the controls and promoted mycelial growth on the order of 8% and 10%, respectively. In other times there was no statistical difference. The results indicate that the homeopathic drugs dynamizated at 48 CH, promoted accelerating the initial growth of the fungus.
