Hi Anand

From the Satellite images it looks as if the experiment was not successful. Is that right? If so that's sad, I would have liked to be watching some history being made. Do you or Mohan Bhai have any thoughts on why rain did not fall? Have any lessons been learnt?

Sincerely

Mark

Hi Mark There was a foot of snow and it was -18 at Enzo's place last week. He cannot stop the changes even if it were in his power and aspirations because he and we are only asked to work with land we own or with land over which we have the full permission of the owners. As far as dealing with these...

OK - the many changes don't inspire confidence but I do appreciate you keeping us up to date. That does inspire confidence.

I'm ready when he and the 5-day forecast is ready. Give us a rain free forecast and I'm ready to try again. I have the satellite images for the last few weeks.

Hi Anand Yes I have announced that this test is going on and that people should look out for it. I have also found no better site than the imd site which is a pitty. If that is the best we can find then we will have to take screen shots of the weather charts as they develop. It will not be ideal but...

Pictures of horn clay

I've put up some photos of a horn-clay 'experiment' for you to see. The first one is the group of Water Association people filling the horns. The second is just the horns in the ground waiting to be backfilled. The last is the clay once removed from the horns after 12 months in the ground.
