Equisetum Sporangia

Does anyone have experience working with equisetum sporangia as suggested by Enzo Nasati? I am making a couple variations of a decoction and will record my process, and am wondering if others might share their process and thinking behind it. I am also interested in how to apply it, and when; I will be trying it both as a seed bath and a soil spray, alongside 'traditional' equisetum tea.
